While we are trying to address your concerns as soon as possible, our response time depends on the availability and the workload of key LPSN staff members. We ask for your understanding. Please do not send LPSN requests to the general DSMZ contact address and please do not send LPSN requests to employees of DSMZ that are unrelated to LPSN.
