Etymology: Gr. adj.  pseudês, false; N.L. fem. n. Gulbenkiania, a bacterial generic name; N.L. fem. n. Pseudogulbenkiania, false Gulbenkiania.

Etymology: N.L. fem. adj. gefcensis, of or pertaining to GFC, an arbitrary adjective formed from the acronym for Green Flower Cosmetics (GFC).
