Type species: ¤ Eisenbergiella tayi Amir et al. 2014.
Etymology: N.L. fem. dim. n. Eisenbergiella, named in memory of the Polish physician and bacteriologist Filip Eisenberg (1876–1942) who perished during the Holocaust.
